STEP ONE: Do you want to visit our Farm property or our Safari property? 

Our Farm location is where we house only farm animals, no exotics, no capybaras at our farm. This is $15 per person and includes a bucket of food to see and feed our farm animals. 

Our Safari location is where we do house our exotic animals, including, but not limited to our capybaras, zebras, kangaroos, monkeys, lemurs, otters, etc. Our Safari Friends walking tour is $25 per person.

STEP TWO: Open our current tour calendar and find a date and time that works for you and your party.

STEP THREE: Add on any animal encounters you would like to do and complete your booking in its entirety.

STEP FOUR: Receive and read your confirmation email in its entirety. The confirmation email will have the exact address, arrival time, attire, guidelines, parking information, etc.

STEP FIVE: Print your waiver out from our website, fill it out, and bring it with you for check in. Listen to your tour guides and you will surely make memories with our staff and animals that will last a lifetime.

IT IS IMPORTANT TO NOTE THAT OUR COMPANY HAS A NO REFUND POLICY IN PLACE. PLEASE BE SURE YOU ARE BOOKING THE CORRECT DATE, TIME, AND ACTIVITY BEFORE COMPLETING PAYMENT. 

Our no refund policy is in place because tour proceeds and donations go immediately to feeding and caring for the animals. 

We strive to give every guest a safe and joyful experience.  For this reason, we must on occasion cancel tours due to the weather for the safety of both our guests and our animals.

Should rain/inclement weather or any unforeseen circumstance arise, that would make for an unsafe environment, scheduled tours for the day will be canceled and you will be contacted by our scheduling department to reschedule a tour for another available date within the next 3 months. If the tour has begun and rain has started…The tour will continue.

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. Absolutely NO CASH REFUNDS/REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES. The management of Darby Acres Farm & Darby Safari reserves the right to cancel a scheduled tour at any time. The cancellation policy may be varied at management’s discretion under special circumstances.

If you do not agree with the terms of our no refund policy, please do not schedule a tour with us as we are being as upfront as we possibly can to let you know that all sales are final and we are unable to give refunds.

Darby Acres Farm and Darby Safari do not receive any outside funding.

We rely solely on the wonderful people who schedule tours and their generous donations!
